Work closely with data scientists, engineers, partnerships, analysts and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. Collaborate to understand key drivers of origination performance, including application volume, approval rates, pull-through rates etc Work with stakeholders to determine product feature enhancements and prioritization Evaluate the impact of pricing, verifications, and underwriting changes on loan approvals and funded volumes Identify opportunities to optimize consumer experience and expand Pagaya’s footprint. Develop insights into credit quality, borrower behavior, and lender performance by segment, region, and channel. Collaborate cross-functionally to guide roadmap priorities, support go-to-market initiatives, and track product success metrics. Translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations and executive-level reporting.
