Olim in TLV is Tel Aviv's edgiest media brand that promotes aliyah and connects young jews around the world to life in israel.
Our Story
Olim in TLV was started in 2023 by Noa Barazani, an olah from Dallas, Texas, who quickly realized that aliyah wasn't just overwhelming—it was unintentionally hilarious. Between cultural gaps, dating disasters, bureaucracy, and the everyday absurdity of Israeli life, there were way too many funny moments not to be talked about.
Soon after, Michael Zagdanski, an oleh from Toronto, and Adi Bitton, from Dallas, joined the team, bringing different backgrounds and shared experiences.
What started as street interviews grew into a full platform: podcasts, events, job boards, and a community of thousands of Olim helping each other figure it out.
